What Went On
February 27th - Four Strong Bands (well, three...)               March 13th
I know every club will say this but we had a really
belting night with three excellent bands. Sadly,
Journeyman had to pull out as their lead singer
was unwell. Under The Wychwood (left) were
chosen by the audience to return as the guests
on September 25th - due in some measure to their
closing number which was a high energy version
of the Steve Earle song “Copperhead Road”.
The Bearwood Bandits closed the night with some
rousing bluegrass and gospel style songs.
From left to right they are Madeline, Susy, Peter,
Dave and Adrian.
Steve Bonham & The Long Road who
are Chris, Steve & John. They opened
the night featuring as you can see
a tuba as the bass instrument!
From right to left - Lefty Wright, Matt Davies,
Mark Pidgeon &   Rod Craig known as
Under The Wychwood.
