What Went On
January 16th - Performers’ night January 30th
Old friends, regulars and newcomers made it an excellent
start to the new year. The acapella trio The Skeptics were
quietly promoting their new CD while Alkevan reminded how
good their three-part harmonies sound.
We also had two first-timers - Leon Gormley from Stourbridge
who included a fine version of Richard Farina’s song The Quiet
Joys Of Brotherhood while Craig Sunderland from Coventry
gave a very nice interpretation of the popular Galway Shawl.
